Icon grew out of the need for a subcontractor capable of installing ICF walls on large-scale form projects ranging from high-rise

condominiums to single family residential developments. However, early in our development, we broadened the scope of what we do to fit the needs of the marketplace.

Icon, Inc. has experience! Our general construction manager

has more than 30 years of concrete experience and previously served as general superintendent for Conshor, the largest concrete forming contractor in South Florida. He has put together a team of superintendents, foremen and general laborers who understand the importance of gaining customer satisfaction through providing quality and accuracy.

Together they have completed a wide variety of projects, including multi-story condominiums, large-scale luxury homes, resort hotels

and large multi-use buildings.
